How long ago was it installed? As far as I know, 22mm gas pipe has been the standard for a few years now, so would be surprised if your boiler was recently installed. Also the gas pipe is usually run on the outside wall from the meter rather than internally. I have just had a new WB...

Just use a Pro Flush as it already has two massive magnets. Magnaclean would probably get clogged on first flush.

£1050 just to install 2 radiators. BG quoted me £300 as part of boiler install to fit a filter that costs £85 Powerflush should cost no more than £300. That leaves a clear £400 to install 2 radiators. :roll:

I would avoid British Gas as their boilers do not have the full manufacturers guarantee. BG will only give you 12 months warranty for example on a Worcester Bosch boiler, where you can get between 5-7 year warranty from an independent fitter depending on accreditation status. I have...
