Using this online calculator, I have worked out the the weight of a 5 by 7 meter 9" brick wall is about 17250 kg not including the weight of the plaster, joists, roof. Am I right in thinking that adding 500kg of plasterboard to the wall is not significant?

I have a house built in 1930. It has 9.5"brick and plaster load bearing walls. I want to add extra sound insulation to the party wall but I'm not sure about how much extra weight it would be safe to add. Any ideas? Am I worrying unnecessarily?
