For anyone else with this issue, it is likely the key way in the bearing shaft that has failed, these can be bought on Amazon and filed down to size, it’s approx 4.5x4.5x8mm so bought the 5x5x8mm and will file down to size. Will reapply grease and renew bushes at same time… total parts cost less...
