As you say it's integrated so not sure how to tip it forward but there doesn't appear to be any water in the bottom, there is water in the filter compartment when you lift the filter out.

First sign of not working was the soap compartment not opening, which ever cycle you select the Eco light is flashing when it finishes and it doesn't seem to be getting hot. Filter is clear. Any suggestions?

Just had a quick probe oo er! 240v on the grey 180v on the orange, does this point to a duff microswitch?

I've chased a few wires and the feed from the HW side seems to work fine. However, when the CH is switched on it is reading about 180volts at the orange wire from the 2 way, this is the same reading at the boiler but there is nothing at the pump. Any suggestions lads?

Thanks Chris Only thing I can't get my head round in terms of wiring problems is why did it work ok for 5 years then stop working if the wiring has not been disturbed. Could it be a dodgy connection?

No the programmer has not been changed although I have theorised that this may be part of the problem.
