Hi, I have turned the heating off and when I turn the hot tap on the boiler lights up but there is no hot water

we had to call out an emergency plumber who said this was what was needed

Hi, I have an old Arison Genius combi boilet but unfortunately we have no hot water, the heating is ok but thats all. We cant get the part which is a 27mffi g-c no. 4711609 dhw heat exchanger. Can anyone help with knowing where we can purchase one. Many thanks Pete
