Cheers for that There is a second pipe running upto the overflow out let. I tried to chase it back but the previous owner has boxed in all the pipes.

I'm having a problem with my bath overflow pipe. Water is continuosly trickling out of the overflow. There doesn't appear to be any blockage. The bath has been install for serveral years, and this is a recent problem. Any advice would be appreciated. Peter
