Hi, No, checked that and the child lock isnt on

Hi, I have a very similar problem. When the door is shut, it locks (I can hear the click and can't reopen) but then the red keyhole light appears and 5 beeps are heard. Does anyone know what this might be? Many thanks in advance, Peter
