The model is F90; slighly lacking in technology, I suspect! Bolier stat on 4 /out of 5 ...fan ok & cleaned & flues cleared weekly.

Fuel ok and getting hot; pump checked ok; turn up room thermostat and initial heat, but fades to luke warm radiators within 10/15 minutes. Domestic hot water piping hot. Why?
