Thanks All, I will check out the battery type and look for a new one.

Can anyone please help? When I activate my alarm, after a few seconds the control unit goes black, (no power) and the alarms inside and out go off, the only way to stop them is by pulling the fuse inside the main control box, when this is put back in, power comes back to the control unit? Phil
