My 83 mother was fitted with an Ideal 35 Logic Combi by Warm Front in 2011. It never worked properly. Warm Front were almost impossible to get hold of. The head supervisor even hung up on her and when they came to fix it the men pinched her copper hot water tank! Now 2 years later it still does...
