Well worth a shot. We had a pattern imprinted drive installed, we have an open driveway between us and next door neighbour, the manhole for both properties is on our drive and is shared manhole With United utilities they have policy, that if it's shared they will fix everything to do with that...

If it's a shared drain, get in touch with utilities company, they will do it for free IF it's shared
