    Failed mot on emissions

Hi all, i have a 94 sportrak with 93k on the clock, took it for its test and it needs a few jobs, the one im unsure of is emissions, the fail sheets states "exhaust emissions lambda reading after 2nd fast idle outside limits, LIMIT 1.030 / READING 1.930" i assume 1.930 is very very high...

    loose concrete fence post

Providing the post isnt cracked at ground level which would make it slack, dig round it and re concrete it :)

    Recommend a stump remover/rotter

You shouldnt have much problem removing it if its 13" when we used to take them out we used to dig round them with a narrow draining spade and cut through as many roots as poss with and old woodsaw and this usally slackens it off, you shouldnt have a problem removing it.

    Motorbikes!

Havnt rode for a couple of years now, last bike was a 99 fireblade, the mrs done her cbt around 3 week ago and has a 125, shes not wanting to do a full test yet as she was unsure wether she would like motorcycling or not but she seems to be liking it so far even tho the weathers crap.

    Soak away for land drain

If its perforated pipe 60mm will be fine, i used to have a landscaping business and often drained gardens and that was roughly what size i used, just make sure you get plenty clean stone around the pipe so the holes dont block up :)

Garden shed base - lay concrete directly on the grass?

The suggestion the builders gave is the cheapest option, you shouldnt have a problem as its only a shed going on it, if you were driving on it that may be different, providing your lawn areas not a soft bog and you dont skimp on thickness it shouldnt crack or break up :)

    Drainage away from patio

As john says you can use drainage channels, another option which is cheaper providing you can get hold of some and not buy a whole coil is perforated pipe, you could dig trench along the edge of the patio and fit perforated pipe into it then cover with pipe bedding (10mm pea gravel) then top it...
