with a meggar dipstick! and i've already stated that the neutral was the problem didnt need insulting just confirming! they should put 3 neutral bars in the consumer unit for non protected circuits such as burglar alarms and smoke detectors!!!! so go stick it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
