Yes the mower has just been serviced it is clean and the bag is fine, the mower was repaired because it was not collecting at all, according to the servicing man it was due to the spring on the door the covers the entrance to the grass shute coming off

Hello My Honda Izy fails to fill the bag even half way even with fairly short dry grass, the grass is backed up in the mower and blocks the entrance to the bag.It seems to work ok for the first 10 minutes. Any advice much appreciated.
