why do you have to look after them they are under warranty , or didn't you register them or fit them properly :mrgreen:

I have now fitted over 100 of these boilers and have not had one issue or complaint , I started fitting them when they released the new Modena ,I am also a Baxi, Remeha installer and EX Worcester Bosch engineer , I get fed up with all the tripe and waffle on hear about all the so called not true...

YES AND YOU CAN ADJUST THE 39C TO GIVE HIGHER PERFORMANCE ASWELL , WELL ITS ALL IN THE MANUAL . AS A BROAG ENGINEER I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS TO JUSTIFY BUYING A 35C INSTEAD OF A 39C

my god i cannot beleive you sad that a 25 is the same as a 39c , the 39c has a bigger heat exchanger than the 35c, and a larger burner tube. yes the gas valve and other components are the same .

i have never had an issue with broag and there five year warrnaty , and as of this year 2011 they have gone back to a full five year parts and labour , you only need to worry about a water sample if you dont flush system and inhibit !!!!

is it a tower stat m as these are renoened for playing up and were given away by local merchants in the lancs area with the boiler approx 18mths ago , if it is i would reccomend replacing it with a decent honeywell cmt 927 wireless unit , broag avanta boiler is an excellent boiler please dont be...
