Hey all, having more trouble with ariston combi.The pump appears to be dripping water from what i believe to be the auto air vent.Do i need a new pump or is it down to something else?

hi all, suffering with the dreaded ariston combi again.After replacing a faulty prv i repressurised the system to just below 1 bar.When heating is on this rises sharply to nearly 2.5 bar, is that right.Also noticed when hot water is drawn the pressure drops by about 0.5 bar.Can anyone point me...

yes the central heating works fine its just difficult to run a decent bath or shower(mixer).not sure if it done it from new as i have only recntly fitted a bath and mixer shower.

ok. is this hard water that causes this?

thanks for advice. system is not that old, boiler only 3 years and rest of system 5 years or doesnt that make any difference.
