Thank you for that. It is my opinion also, which doesn't count for much obviously, but it would be particularly punitive to deny what can obviously be completed quite easily doing two phases of build. With no difference other than wasted money on our part.

They won't support it. They're fixed on maintaining the hipped roof. Even though with PD we could put two fingers upto that.
