    wet or dry rot?

If you follow this link http://www.buildingpreservation.com/Rots.htm and scroll down to 'The Mine fungus (Antrodia vaillantii - formerly Fibroporia vaillantii) - a wet rot' this gives a picture of exactly what I found on the wood though not quite as severe damage to it. One more reason why I...

    wet or dry rot?

Unfortunately I made repairs before thinking about taking any photos. I have found a picture of exactly what I saw which is why I'm thinking (hoping) it's wet rot. //www.diynot.com/network/pliers/albums/

After removing the bath to make repairs to the floorboard I noticed some fungus growth. These were strands...

flushed and flushed ahain, still no circulation!

Hi guys, thanks very much for your replies. With the radiator off (again) i flushed it (again) in the garden flipping it over on the grass quite a few times to loosen any remaining sludge and drained some water from each valve via a hose before reconnecting. After putting the rad back on and...

Hi everyone, new to this and first post. Please can anyone explain to me why I lack circulation..... I have 3 radiators downstairs. Each one has it's own seperate in/out flow pipe coming straight down from upstairs. The rads in the hall and dinning room have always worked perfectly (even after...
