Property was constructed in the 1970's. Have also noticed quite a few properties seem to be having similar issues.

Please help........ I moved into my property 18 months ago and noticed that the brickwork faces keep spalling. This is mainly happening to the gable and corners where the driving rain is constantly soaking the outer layer. Obviously in winter, this is freezing and then thawing which is blowing...
