    Completed two tests yesterday night, there is some water in the conditioner tray but the conditioner remains. Did the research, didn't find that posting but I will check it out - going to look at the arm tonight.

    this problem has just started, it's been going on for about a week or two. the machine is about 2 years old(ish) ... but i've had it about 2 months ... it was my grannies before she passed away.

    Howdy, My Indesit W161 conditioner tray won't empty. I've taken the top off ... but things look scary!!! Water is coming out and rinsing both detergent trays but not the conditioner one. Any ideas?? Plug
