its the power supply that had the 110v -230v switch on the back

My son has just recieved a tattoo gun from china. he switched it on and it worked initially, but he forgot to switch it from 110v to 230v on the back of the appliance, now it wont work. Is it likely to be knackered, is it fixable? thanks in advance for any advice in anticipation of...
