Well the meter has been in the address as long as us and that is 2 years now. The power company have said they are going to look into it and see if it is their fault and may possibley have to dig the lines to check.

Thanks for that, After looking at the picture i have checked the RCD as it stands and again no joy. I have made enquiries with the power company who supplies the premises and i am awaiting a response from them "as someone needs to call me back"
