I have a 90cm square tilt and turn window in my bathroom and the lower hinge has rusted out. It will tilt open but will not close properly and there is a huge draught. Can you get replacement hinges or will I need to replace the whole unit. Thanks Matt

I have a gravity hot water system with a back boiler. The back boiler is working fine but a horrendous noise comes from my airing cupboard where the immersion heater is - it seems to be coming from a brass pump with a large cross headed screw in the middle. Can anyone help

I have a petrol hedge trimmer and the instructions state that I have to prime the carburrettor by pushing the primer bulb 10 times but not fuel seems to flow - we have had the hedge trimmer for a while but never used it - any advice Model Performance Power PWR24cchta
