Thanks for the swift responses! So attach boards to the joists circled in red? Also, does my attic have double joists? Joists below the insulation and the ones highlighted in red? Like I said, absolute newbie here! Cheers

Hello all, absolute newbie here so please have patience with my lack of knowledge. Looking to board my new build attic. I have researched and was going to use Loft Legs as they connect straight to the joists however there timber beams throughout the loft which are above joists (not connected)...
