Thank you - however there is nothing underneath at all it’s all sealed. I feel I need to prize the top bit off maybe?

I need to remove the shower rail in order to remove the old shower head bracket as it’s broken, however I can’t see how to get the shower rail off and I’m worried I’ll cause damage as I’m not sure what I’m doing. there are no caps to prize off please help
