if it is a stat problem, do you think it is repairable by trying the different jumper positions and changing the RF address codes or does the stat need replacing?

The thermostat sends a message to the receiver to call for heat, the green led in the receiver comes on to send a message to the boiler to call for heat but the boiler is not responding? Does anyone know what may be wrong? The boiler still works and heats up when switched on manually but i can't...
