Thanks , grey cable is just a low power communication to the exterior split. seems to give the pump info on when it should be on or off.

That’s actually something I’ve already got well a pump on a smart plug and it comes on every hour or so when ac is on . But I wanted something more for when the water is filling up and then the pump comes on automatically.

Thanks !! Yes this worked. Didnt think i could just hammer a couple of screwdrivers into it and the surround would move slightly. Got it up , no spiders :) or Rats which is the main reason for opening it up. Cheers again all.

yeah its a screw that i undid but its fixed on the other end (right side out of shot) and cant get the decking board up. screw head is knackered.

but cant angle the screwdiver because the timber is in the way. all 4 sides theres a few inches but cant angle the screwdriver because of the timbers.

not enough room under the timber, its about 2in from the ground. tried to get that timber out but its all screwed up underneath the decking. and some of the screw heads are knackered.,

Problem is i cant get any screwdivers in there, the decking support timbers are there. no way of levering a screwdriver. Unless i take up about 5metres of decking. i'll have a look for the lifting eyes, couldnt see any though.
