Is my hose definitely ok? My machine doesn’t rinse soap out too well

The heating shouldn’t be coming on by itself when running the hot water tap! It never used to ,Oh and I turn the water temperature down when getting a shower but put it in full when washing up so your wrong

After flushing it takes around 15 minutes before being able to flush again , is there a step by step guide on how to fix it?

My central heating turns itself on when running the hot water taps ,because if this the water takes ages to get hot,is it an easy fix ? I can’t find the inverter valve in my boiler do I need an engineer?

I’ve altered it now the hose is above the actual washing machine,have I made it worse?

Yes I know it’s been like that since so moved here I don’t know how to fix it or what part I need, but do you think my washing machine is ok for now or will the water back flow into the machine?

It’s not my property I’m just renting, is it ok for now?
