Why do you disagree? Unless a person has lung TB and a productive cough then it can be very hard to firmly diagnose- often the diagnosis is made though biopsy. Where was the biopsy taken from? -if it was from a lump then I'd be surprised if TB wasn't very high on the doctors list of...
