Have you tried re-setting the system?. Put your key in the ing, start up the engine, then press your key forbe. Stop your engine, remove key. Get out of your car and try again outside. You might have to do this a couple of times. good luck.

Sorry fiesta runner I missed the Auto :oops: No clutch in an Automatic. It could be a number of things. Cheeper in the long run to get a recon box, or a second hand one. Mabe you should think about changing your car, it might be cheeper in the long run.
