Thanks for the reply. I'm a bit of a novice - how do I get to the filter?

I've got a Hotpoint Aquarius 1200 Washer Dryer WD62. The problem is that when I put it onto the drying mode it doesn't dry the clothes. If anything they seem wetter (although the clothes are quite warm when I open the door). Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
