Hi Picasso, We haven't re-wired anything as such but think you might be on the right lines...I wonder if we have knocked something whilst refitting the HW cylinder as it was a very tight fit with all the extra insulation...

Hi John, Yes it is set to P for pumped. Yeah...it's set to timed and it should be off but was running also the green light on the programmer was off so it is somehow possibly bypassing the programmer

Thanks... The valve seems fine and has been checked by plumber and electrician. Not sure about the zone?? The programmer is a like for like replacement Drayton LP522...the thermostat is also Drayton like for like replacement...
