Thanks for your prompt and detailed reply. I should have said that it's an old installation and i can't get under the pipes without digging to Australia (ha ha - not ). I dunno what i expect any one to suggest really. Just grasping at straws I suppose.

Can you help a novice please. i need to cement-in some copper WATER pipes. Do i need to cover them with anything first. Please don't laugh - any help gratefully received. Many thanks

No there was no grease. It looked like there never had been, but just seemed odd to me !!! :oops:

WOW thanks for such a quick reply. Another question that is a bit difficult to explain properly, but here goes .......... The grease cap on the hub - is it supposed to have grease in it, or is it just a grease retainer ?????

:( :?: Can anyone help with any info on Suzuki Ignis ? In particular the torque settings for the rear hub nut ? Also any idea where to obtain a workshop/repair manual ???? ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED - THANKS :roll:
