I've brought the boiler thermostat down to 1 or 2 now from 5 before. It helps as it turns off quicker and I don't have to endure the noise for so long but no solution. If you had to suggest a chemical solution to put into the system what would you suggest? Thanks. Rog.

I don't want to use the phrase but I suppose it sounds like it's kettling. It's a roaring sort of a noise when the boiler gets hot. I don't have to bleed the radiators, no. Thanks for your interest. Rog.
