Got a reply from Siegenia,the snapper catch is theirs, but the handle is not. Am none the wiser now. Anyone know of any knowledgeable tilt and turn parts counters in the London area?

Does anyone recognize these parts for a tilt and turn door handle ? One of the plates is marked SI so I.m assuming SI Siegart but looking through google images I cannot find a match.
