Does anyone know if installing a trx from tye ceiling of my bedroom would be safe ?

We are looking to try and renew our oak table. The plan was to sand down and revarnish... I noticed the table is ever so slightly bowed or cupped. Does anyone know if it possible to straight out?

Just to add the photo an example. We plan to hang the fitting by a two steel wires (rated to take £350kg) by a hook screwed into joist and eye bolt screwed into fitting. I am just worried the joist may flex and crack the plaster :) Thank you everyone

Hello, We are about to hang a oak beam light fitting to our dining rooms The oak will be hung via a joist in the ceiling . I fear this may cause the plaster on our ceiling to crack ? We are a 1970s house in UK if that helps Example of fitting attached
