CRACKED IT !!! The feed wasn't from the kitchen but the utility light, where a neutral was loose, tighted it up and bingo dining room light now works. Thanks to all those who took the time to help, much appreciated. Redbull

Yep, you're right one light that doesn't work. I will attempt to determine which lights are on which fuse then work from there.
