Numpty at bother's work recently bought a battery driveway appliance - but has nowhere to charge it. Went to a Lidl while it was shut to charge the thing up. Ended up with a 90 quid penalty charge (the irony!!!) notice because apparently you can't use the car parks when they're shut. Guessing...
