I unplugged everything save the toaster and still have the issue ?

Thanks, Nothing audible at the fuse box. I turned all circuits off except downstairs plugs, unplugged everything and tested with computer - buzzed. Repeated with upstairs plugs (with downstairs off) buzzed.
