How did you calc the 45deg? Do you have the measurements for (i) the full width of the double doors, and (ii) the distance from double doors to the boundary so that you can re-calc/check the 45deg.

This seems tight. What head height to you hope to achieve at the apex when you have added floor joists, and roof insulation? And how usable will the space be if this is just at the apex?

Better to move it; not usually that expensive. You may be able to get a quote online from gas co. I got a quote from my gas network online and got it moved a few metres for c£400.
