Thanks all - Savona were the original installers, however we'd contacted them a while ago (for servicing) and were told they were no longer operating. Interesting to see the website alive and well. I'll see if I can get the CH loop back up, otherwise I'll get in touch with them. Thanks again!

To clarify, the boiler doesn't light when the hot water tap is running - however it did a few hours earlier (and all I've done is depressurise and remove the central heating radiators)
