    Do you mean remove the plinth entirely and permanently? And is the plinth ledge the top of the pledge? It's angled so shouldn't catch any water

    The pebbles are just decorative really. They've been there since the house was built. I think it's just concrete under them.

    Does that help? The floor inside is about level with the top step. So assuming the DPC is about 15cm below that?

    No sorry. There's nothing on the toilet, the toilet seat or the valve. The fill valve however is Geberit but i haven't been able to find anything online from Geberit that looks the same as this valve

    I inspected every inch of it and there was no brand on it. Just lots of certification things e.g. WRAS
