Hi, I have just had new 'single lever' taps fitted in our bathroom, but when the lever is in the middle they are very noisy. When the lever is to just hot it runs much slower than before. I'm told this is normal - is it ? I don't think the taps were 'cheap' (Serie Eleven from TC). Could...
