That would work, except the bolt isn't long enough. I may have to look at replacing with longer bolts if that's the best fix. Cheers Richard

Hi, I need some help with a gate bolt. I have a gate which is metal framed but with wooden slats. The gate is held to the metal posts by two bolts, one at the top and one at the bottom creating two hinges. The problem is, as you open and close the gate it slowly undoes the nut at the bottom...
