I have just looked at the door mechinism - it now seems to have flicked over while the door is open - the machine now starts with door open....help!

Hi What do you mean by flicked over? - there is a metal square "bar" which slots into the door. Should I be checking the mechanism within the door?

Hi, I am continuously getting a DOOR code flashing up on my Hotpoint dishwasher. The wash cycle will not start as a result. I have checked tray alignments, checked and cleaned seals and have run out of ideas. Can anyone help? Richard
