I was just wondering why when the hot water is on, the heating turns off and does not work while the water is running.. Is this a known fault? I would like to know what it could be before I ring ferroli AGAIN... It is a Ferroli HE 38c. Cheers

As regards to f12 I was told to get it serviced before the feroli man would turn out otherwise I would be charged. I have since done this and it still happens... Its only a year old and the Feroli engineers seem to be pretty sh^%e... Trust me if I bought a TV for 700ish knicker and had ANY kind...
