    The SWA is earthed at the CU in the house, then does not continue to the shed as it turns to 3 core armoured at a joint somewhere underground. the swa at the shed end is not earthed and checked continuity back to house but does not pick it up.

    Ferroli 38c Boiler fault..

    I was just wondering why when the hot water is on, the heating turns off and does not work while the water is running.. Is this a known fault? I would like to know what it could be before I ring ferroli AGAIN... It is a Ferroli HE 38c. Cheers
