Its a plastic part that looks like some sort of valve. One end goes into the radiator, the other has a hose attached to it. The valve has an outlet at the bottom, but looks like the leak is from inside the valve itself.

Hi, My 1999 Jetta has a leak as in the picture below. Can anybody tell me what is the name of the part that is leaking and is there anything that I can tighten there? Thanks!
