Hi ,Thanks for your reply. I have tried two new pan connectors ,different makes but the problem is the pan connector does not fit over the wc outlet far enough as the outlet on the wc is very short , about 1 .5 inches so the rubber on the pan connector does not sit far enough onto the outlet ...

Help! Have just installed new back to wall pan (Roca) . There seems to be a small leak coming from pan connector . The outlet on the pan appears to be a lot shorter than most and you cant push the pan connector on far enough . Has any one else come across this before ? I have tried using...
