I had exactly the same problem but was sorted a little different. After replacing numerous part (including the PCB) it was the switch to the the diaphram. Replaced this and the cabling and it works perfect!

I have got a Baxi Eco 80. The problem is just the central heating, the DHW is perfect. The problem is that the heating is heating up to about 65C and then powering down for 10-15 seconds then powering back up and boiling away for 10-15 seconds, it does this all the time until the timer powers...
