    Heat store is hot, pipe from there to Heat ex is hot - Heat ex is warm. Update: CH is on - Pipe into Heat Ex is hot, Heat Ex is Hot pipe to Mixer Valve is hot - water out of mixer valve is cold Possible mixer valve ?
